- Hands on experience operating tractors and other farm equipment
- Strong background in growing crops
- Experience as supervisor
- Minimum age 25 years old
- Hard working, practical
- Able to live and work in Kampung environment for lengthy periods
Qualifications:
- Experience growing King Grass, Corn
- Good English
- Qualifications in Agronomy
- Previous supervisory experience on farms
