MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Job Desk :
- To ensure all documents needed (Packing list, Installation Drawings, and personal tools) are in condition ready to use.
- Checking the readiness of house construction before starting the installation (recheck the levelling, alignment, concrete, roof, etc)
- To supervise the unloading process of BD equipment at the site.
- Make sure that all BD equipment is being unloaded in proper and safety way (either for the equipment and the workers).
- Make sure that the equipment arrived is exactly the same as declared in the packing list.
- Prepare a proper report of shortage/wrong delivery part/back order/etc and submit it to the Technical Manager, After sales department, sales coordinator in good time planning.
- Arrange a proper place to keep all BD equipment in safety condition (under the roof, locked, security control coverage area, etc).
- To liaise with the farm manager pertaining to all BD requirement to do installation (power supply, genzet, manpower, site accommodation, tools for local workers, etc).
- To brief/instruct all local workers in the correct installation guidance as instructed in BD manual book.
- To supervise and make daily report of the installation progress together with all supporting data (weather condition, number of local workers, problems on the spot, working time, farm supervisor in charge, etc).
- Compile the daily report and submit it by weekly basis to Technical Manager.
- Report any installation issues immediately to Technical Manager.
- To keep all BD tools in condition of ready to use and report immediately for any damaged/lost tools to the warehouse/after sales department in order to arrange the repairing.
- To manage all local tools that provided by clients/customers.
- Make a check list of the tools
- To do daily checking for local toolsc. Giveback all the tools to clients/customers (with a proper handover document) after the installation are totally done/finish.
- Together with the commissioning team, handling over the project to clients/customers with all explanation/knowledge that clients/customers must understood in order to operate and maintain well BD system and equipment.
- Submitting the BD handling over documents to Technical Manager, After Sales department, Sales Manager, and cc to Managing Director.
- Administrative disciplinary:
- To arrive on time at the site.
- To finish the installation as scheduled or even earlier.
- To submit all reports on time (personal expenses, working reports, etc) with the supporting document.
- To respect and follow company code of conduct and compliance regulation whenever and wherever you are be a company representative (sort out and keep well confidential information, manner people in proper way, separating personal and company issues, etc).
- To perform other related duties as and when delegated/ instructed by the Management.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): measuring equipment calibration, engineering maintenance services, automation control system, conveyor machinary, machine and equipment maintenance, Equipment Maintenance And Repair.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (nonmanagement & nonsupervisor)s specializing in Engineering Others or equivalent.
